Smart Good Things Holding strengthens its subsidiary Smart Good Retraite following the launch of Projet Fou

Smart Good Things Holding announces the reinforcement of its subsidiary Smart Good Retraite following the successful launch of the Projet Fou project on November 16.

In this context, Smart Good Things Group signs a service agreement with MRCP to benefit from its expertise and strategic advice.

Renaud Sassi, President of MRCP, will bring his experience and deep knowledge in the field, especially gift cards.

With his experience as a consultant at McKinsey, as a hypermarket director and CEO of Carrefour, as CEO of ZeBank, the first bank on the Internet, as president of asset manager My Family Office and various business experiences, the latest of which is the creation of digital gift cards for the group Wonderbox, Renaud Sassi, through MRCP, will be supported by Serge Bueno, Chairman and CEO and management team in the development of Projet Fou.

Along with this announcement, Lorana Tadej was appointed Marketing Director.

Lorana Tadej, who graduated with a master’s degree in International Business and various experiences in the field of marketing and communication within start-ups, as well as experience in marketing and customer relations within the framework of a French technological scale-up, thus strengthens the management team of Smart Good Things Holding.

Furthermore, with effect from December 15, 2023, C├ędric Osternaud resigned from his mandates as Deputy CEO and Director of Smart Good Things Holding for personal reasons.

The general management of Smart Good Things Holding is now provided by Serge Bueno, Chairman and CEO, accompanied by his management team. Together, they will focus all their efforts on the launch of Projet Fou through their subsidiary Smart Good Retraite.
